I have decided to blog again.
This is now going to be my cooking blog. A place that we can trade recipes and discuss our favorite utensils. A place where we can divulge about what over whipping can do to a flan (BIG NO NO people)! A place where we can be comfortable to indulge in a sweet life as we make our journey through the history of the oven to the now present flambé. We will be cranking up the heat to 250 Celsius, (482 Fahrenheit) but will never leave you feeling too hot…
Ok so its clearly not going to be a cooking blog but I will be keeping you up to date with news regarding shows and updating you on some of my thoughts and progress of the album so keep checking back if you want!

I wish you all the best in the studio and as ever I’m looking forward to a new album. What do I always say to you? Answer, everyone wants more Sam, as in music/tour. Keep up the great work you do and I expect the new album to blow us away. Btw when I say album, you could easily blow me away if you pressed it on vinyl.

I was just wondering the other day about making flan, but it seemed a like a lot of work to get it just right. I do agree that samspews would not be a good cooking name for a cooking blog.
I am however, anxious to hear what you have “cooking” for the new album and any new tour dates. The sunshine state could be a little brighter if you stopped by.

Really Sam? I don’t know if I should be sad you won’t be telling us of your cooking adventures or happy you’re going to tell us about recording and future shows. And to think after I read the first paragraph I immediately began thinking of all the Southern soul food dishes I could teach you how to make. ~sigh~ I’m torn. Seriously torn. P.S. Flan is nasty. It feels like I’m trying to eat slime as does pudding and jello. It’s a texture thing.
Sensory issues with flan?? lol… I can’t remember the last time I had it and I’ve never tried to make it. Soul food is DA BOMB YO! Pure sinnin…. I’m so coming out to see you this summer Stacey!!

oh sam, you had me going there for a minute. then i thought, wait what does a 25 year old guy know about cooking to start blogging about it unless he went to culinary school. lol some how i doubt that you did. however if you cooked me a dish, i’d never turn it down.
anyway, i’m glad you are back. can’t wait for knew album and P.S., i’m sure that everyone would agree that we would love a Christmas album. what would i give to hear you rock out songs like Jingle Bell Rock or your smooth voice singing The Christmas Song. it just makes me feel….. uhh yeah sorry about that. can’t wait for the new album.
